Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept e-transfer and credit card payments.

How many tables can I rent?

Our tables comfortably seat 6 people, but can accommodate 8. We can currently accommodate parties of 120 people.

How do I reserve rentals?

What is your delivery area?

We currently deliver within Windsor-Essex County.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure your rentals. 1 week before your event we will reach out to you to confirm your delivery details. At this time the remainder of your balance will be due.

Can I see your products in person?

Absolutely! Our showroom is now open. Feel free to e-mail us to set up an appointment time that is convenient for you, or check our social media for store hours. If there are particular items you are hoping to see, we recommend reaching out to us to ensure we will have those products available for viewing. 

Are the posted prices per day?

Posted prices are for a standard weekend rental. Items will be delivered to customer on a mutually agreed upon day, typically Thursday or Friday. Items will be picked up by Silo Event Rentals on Sunday or Monday. Extra charges will apply for longer rental terms.
